Absolutely fabulous! The whole family unit, they never stop & nothing is to much trouble.. Food amazing, Laura for looking after us WAY to much with the drinks 🥤 definitely the best place we have ever stopped at in Blackpool.
Very friendly staff. We loved the cocktails on checking-in! 🍹Family run, amazing food and a comfortable rest. Definitely recommend the full English breakfast and for later the Jamaican jammin’ wings. Lovely looking bar and spa downstairs, unfortunately we didn’t get time to experience them.. but we may next time.
We’ve known Tracy for years, since she had the love shop on wood street lytham st Anne’s and we’ve always been keen to go and see her for a massage and treatments. This place is out of this world, its situated in the basement of this hotel .

Excellent as always. I stayed here a few years ago and came back with my partner for the weekend. Thanks for your warm welcome and hospitality Wayne. The breakfast was delicious and the accommodation is immaculate.

First time staying here and it was perfect! Immaculate newly refurbished rooms, the highest level of customer service I’ve experienced for as long as I can remember and a very welcoming homely atmosphere.

Excellent standards, exceptionally clean. They owners are very polite and good company, nothing is to much trouble. All tastefully decorated. Food is wonderfully home cooked with vegetarian options, give them notice if you have any intolerances. Very friendly and relaxed. environment to stay in. North end of Blackpool so excellent close position for alternative nightlife.

I must have to say rossdene is the best place ive ever stayed in the guys are very welcoming its very clean just take your clothes thats all you need you have iron plus ironing board hairdryer plus kettle plus coffee /tea will DEFINITELY RECOMMEND WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK 
Absolutely fantastic place…very homely with lots of TLC being put into it’s running by William the proprietor. We had such a great stay one weekend that we booked again for the following weekend too !! Although just beyond the main stretch of Blackpool golden mile , the Rossdene is easily reached by bus or tram. A hearty breakfast is offered each morning setting you up for the day. The rooms are spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated and each with wonderfully comfortable Hypnos beds.

stayed at this hotel a few time now and every time the service and the welcome has been fantastic. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy, the breakfast is vast in choice and very well cooked.
