What We Offer:
Established in 2004 Kingscote ABC is Blackpool’s longest running Amateur Boxing Club affiliated with England Boxing. On the 1st of September 2016 the club was taken over by Winston and Eddy Harrison, former Kingscote fighters. From January 2020 Kingscote Boxing Gym also have professional fighters and Coaches licensed by the British Boxing Board of Control. Professional class is invite only and training times vary daily. Generally training begins from 9am everyday and start after the Amateur class in the evening. Please contact us if you would like to become a professional boxer.

I’ve been training at this gym for a few months now and my physical health has improved massively aswell as learning how to box, my footwork, head movement and style has also improved. I’d fully recommend for anyone who is serious about learning or improving at boxing.
That kind of Old School place where you learn the solid basics as well as get sound professional advice. Recommended for those who want to learn the sweet science. Very dedicated coaches.
My young lad absolutely loves it here he has gained so much confidence and his fitness is coming on,great bunch of lads and no egos.Great place.

Great trainers and professional equipment, I was made to feel welcome on my 1st visit and they check I was feeling good though out the work out… fully recommend for kids and adults
Great place to train. Last night was my first time back in a proper gym for years, I was made to feel very welcome by everyone there. Mark & Ryan will let you go at your own pace whilst offering useful tips and positive encouragement. Don’t worry if you’ve never boxed before it was a mixture of circuit training and bag work. Excellent range of equipment, no pressure and safe environment.
Great place, training is top notch. Mark and Ryan’s training sessions are grueling but always fun. Extremely friendly and you are always made to feel welcome what standard you are. Can’t rate this place highly enough.

BR Boxing and Fitness is the gym of Professional Boxer Brian ‘The Lion’ Rose. Brian is a Former Central Area, & English Champion as well as outright holder of the Lord Lonsdale Belt, Former WBO Intercontinental Champion and WBO World Title Challenger. Brian opened the gym in the heart of Blackpool Town Centre in 2015. With Brian having over 20 years of knowledge & experience and being around boxing and fitness from the age of 9. The gym has its own amateur boxing club 3 nights a week called ‘BR Fight Works ABC’ for kids 8+ and also has a class on Saturday called Lion Cubs for ages (4-6 years) & (6-8 years).
