I cannot thank Lesley enough for her support and teaching me some valuable life lessons. I was extremely anxious and facing traumatic flashbacks before seeking help. In October my 11 year old son experienced his first panic attack. In that instance all that he was changed and he was fearful of everything. He would have panic attacks at home, and he was even fearful of car journeys and simply walking out the front door.
I was recommended through a friend and I can honestly say it’s the best recommendation I’ve ever had. My son woke up one day with severe anxiety which was totally out of character. He’d gone from being very confident and out going to shutting himself off over night. The minute we met Joe my son connected straight away.

I was extremely sceptical of going for counselling and didn’t think it was going to be any help in all honesty. After speaking to joe for a free telephone consultation, I thought I would give it a try during what has been the hardest year of my life.

The staff are always great the shop has an abundance of stuff as a local shop and garage with car wash and jet wash and car vac everything works great place.
Renaissance is the best that I could have ever asked for. Over the last 2 years as a client the therapy that has been given to me as been brilliant.
Staff here are fantastic they really are caring people who can help you sort your problems, when you need counselling these people really have time to listen and help you come to terms with your problems.
