If I could give 10 stars I would, superb service end to end from viewing to securing my home. The whole team have been fantastic but in particular Alison who supported me every step of the way, going above & beyond during the sales process on more than one occasion to help get the sale over the line. My parents are also using McKenzie’s to sell their property, & being elderly it’s comforting to know they are in safe hands, they too cannot praise Darren & the team enough. Thank you so much guys.
I cannot thank Darren, Allison & the team enough, from start to finish absolutely brilliant. After being 6 months with another company & had 4 failed sales, they sold the house on the first day that they advertised it. I had 3 solid offers before lunchtime. They also kept me up to date with all aspects of the completion process. Highly recommended.

Burnley Branch : bright, brash, enthusiastic and they sold my house within 24 hours. Blackpool Branch : lethargic, pompous, slow, unresponsive. I arranged to spend last Wednesday in Blackpool to view 4 flats and make a decision. 3 agents were super, but Blackpool branch would not send out an agent to meet me at the Bloomfield Rd flat they were ‘ selling ‘ because they ‘ don’t show people round on Wednesdays’! I decided that afternoon to put in a successful offer on another agent’s flat.

First time using an estate agent to find a tenant for our property, I can’t recommend them enough and will certainly be using them again. Sophie was extremely professional, knowledgeable and couldn’t do enough for us,

I’d like to leave this review to assist others in their choice of estate agent when selling a property.
