After searching for local physiotherapist places I was delighted to find this place. It is a little hidden away off the main road, so be sure to look out for the signs just outside the carpark.
Receptionist lady always so kind and welcoming. Very knowledgeable staff would not change this place for anybody else’s.

Had an aspiration of fluid done 3 times on my knee by Jamie also, fitted me in as quick as he could on every occasion and was really careful while removing the fluid due to the seriousness of the procedure, then gave me clear direct information on what to do when I left.
Jamie Murphy and his staff at JAM physio have ensured that I have been able to continue my passion of triathlon as an elderly athlete. I have the privilege of competing at International level as a GB age-group triathlete and so it important to me to get the best physio advice and treatment there is. Jamie always gets me back on track swiftly and with regular maintenance treatments I can continue to train and compete in my chosen sport.
Can’t recommend Jam Physio enough. My husband had damage his shoulder and after a few appointments and at home exercise his is well and truly on the mend. Jamie and his team listened and understood where is injury was and knew exactly how to treat it. The treatment rooms are all clean and well maintained you feel very at home and relaxed as soon as you arrive Highly recommend, excellent staff.

Having an incurable back problem, I have been attending Steve’s clinic for over 20 years for manipulation, stretching and massage. This has saved me from a life of infirmity. Moreover, I am able to play some gentle golf although Steve hasn’t managed to improve my game!
Stephen is professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. He is committed to improving his clients pain and movement. He has achieved for me,more in 4 months than the doctors in 3 years. If you listen to his sound advice and do the suggested exercises, your life will change for the better.
I have been going to Stephen for five years on and off whenever niggles associated with my sedentary job become bigger problems and he’s always been able to help. When I had the start of a frozen shoulder he was able to demonstrate and give me a programme of exercises that would help to gain more movement (and suggestions on what to avoid).
