They have some good properties in nice areas. You don’t need to give them the world either like other lettings agency to get a place. They also accept bond schemes through the housing options.
Coles property management’s main aim is to keep the customer happy. They were helpful when I moved to Blackpool, and gone out their way to enhance my experience whilst renting from this fine organisation. Their main concern centres around, “Is the tenant satisfied?” To answer this.. “Yes I am, more than I could ever have hoped for.
I was living in Leicester and needed to rent a property in Blackpool. CPM were there for me every step of the way and made the whole process run smoothly. Natalie and Kirsten were always there at the end of the phone, and Steve even made me a video of the house so I could do a virtual tour.
